  Q  Do the prices shown include VAT  ?    
  A  The prices shown do not include VAT.  Our products are sold to customers from all over the world and only those in the UK and Europe are required to pay the VAT.  For those customers in the UK and Europe, the VAT is added during the checkout phase.    
                 
  Q   How do I know if the item is in stock and when it will be dispatched  ?    
  A   All products shown in the control shop are "in stock" and will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. We carry large stocks of all items and it is unusual for us to be out of stock. However, when an item is out of stock it will be clearly marked and you will be made aware of this when trying to add it to your shopping cart.    
                   
    Q  Do you supply tracking details for dispatched parcels  ?    
    A  Yes.  We send all of our parcels by "First Class Royal Mail Signed For" service to UK destinations and International orders are sent by "Royal Mail International Signed For" service.  In both cases, a tracking number will be supplied by e-mail to you which you can use to track your parcel at "www.royalmail.com"    
                   
    Q  If the item is not what I want may I return it  ?    
    A  Yes. You may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt to obtain a full refund, excluding postage and packing. Return postage must be paid by yourself. It must be in its original condition and contain all original parts. Responsibility for safe return is with you. (a recorded delivery postal option is strongly recommended).    
                   
                   
    Q   I don't have a credit card or a paypal account. How can I make a purchase from the control shop ?    
    A   You can request a pro-forma invoice from us which you can pay by direct bank transfer to our company bank account. (Lloyds Bank, UK) Full details on how to do this are shown on the pro-forma. This option is available to customers worldwide. 
    You can also pay the pro-forma by sending a cheque to our main office address (UK Customers only). 
   Use the following e-mail address to request a pro-forma invoice. Please include your name, full address (including country) and a list of the part numbers and quantities you require.
